At Davidson Nissan, we believe in being more than just a car dealership – we believe in being an active and caring part of our Watertown community. That’s why we were absolutely thrilled to spend a recent day volunteering at the Children’s Home of Jefferson County (CHJC), bringing some vibrant color and cheer to their beautiful grounds!
Our team traded wrenches for trowels and sales figures for seedlings as we rolled up our sleeves to plant a dazzling array of flowers. From bright petunias to cheerful marigolds, we carefully placed each bloom, envisioning the joy they would bring to the children and staff at CHJC.
It was truly a heartwarming experience. The Children’s Home of Jefferson County, located right here in Watertown, does incredible work providing a nurturing environment and vital services for youth and adults in our community. Being able to contribute to making their outdoor spaces even more inviting and beautiful was a privilege.
The sun was shining, spirits were high, and the camaraderie among our team was palpable. We loved seeing the smiles on the faces of the CHJC team as the flowerbeds transformed, and we know these blossoms will be a lovely sight for everyone who visits or calls CHJC home.
This volunteer day was a wonderful reminder of the power of community and how a little bit of effort can make a big difference. We’re proud to support organizations like the Children’s Home of Jefferson County and look forward to more opportunities to give back to the place we all call home.
